Glen Koshy George, best known by his stage name GWS is an experimental artist specializing in pushing boundaries in a variety of genres in both Malayalam and English. From his birthplace of Kerala to Bahrain and ultimately his current location of Los Angeles, GWS’ roots are as diverse as his musical stylings. At 22 years old, GWS is one of the youngest faces of Malayalam Hip Hop. He made his debut in 2019 with “Avashanai” from his debut mixtape Arangettam, however his breakout came with “Kottayam Duke” from the same mixtape. His first Malayalam Album "Scottappan Vibes" taking inspiration from Travis Scott is out now on all major streaming platforms. GWS brings a New-School Hip Hop style into the Malayalam music scene, mixing a western style with what can be considered “traditional” Malayalam music. It’s not like anything you’ve heard before- be on the radar for this upcoming sensation.
